About
My goal is to guide clients toward an acceptance of themselves, and to a heightened ability to make positive changes in their lives. Instead of avoiding feelings, denying the pain, or trying to self-medicate emotions and memories... I assist clients to discover meaning in life, even when life is painful. I also work with dreams from a Jungian perspective; your dream is about you and about your future. I also believe in the healing power of humor. I am a licensed professional counselor, and a licensed minister.
My counseling orientation includes CBT (cognitive-behavior- therapy), DBT (dialectical-behavior-therapy), Jungian Analysis, and Existential. I work with people of all beliefs and backgrounds. I offer a safe place to voice your memories, fears, and hopes.
My office is located in the Junius Heights part of Dallas, near the Whole Foods at Abrams and Gaston.
