Hi everyone! I understand, sometimes we need a mental break due to the stressful demands of life and responsibilities. Unhealthy relationships, a difficult upbringing, and current difficulties can all cause us to feel so overwhelmed that we become mentally confined. To assist clients in achieving their needs and objectives, I currently combine Solution-Focused therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I'll put learning and overcoming negative attitudes into practice, along with identifying values and goals and coming up with strategies to reach them with the resources you already have.
Since this journey necessitates openness, transparency, and vulnerability, I will offer a safe space, reassurance, and healthy communication. I am aware of how difficult stress management can be, particularly when it comes to goals in life. Together, let's bring about the peace you desire!
