About
There are good reasons to look for support right now. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or have a desire to know yourself better. Sometimes, it's possible to figure things out on your own, and sometimes, it takes the help of another. We will talk together, finding a rhythm and shared language. This is an important place to start. From there it becomes possible to think about the issues that are impacting you, in a process of reflection and uncovering which looks a little different for everyone.
I help people with emotional pain, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, overthinking, isolation, existential distress, loss of a loved one, career issues, trauma, heartache, people-pleasing, issues of identity, gender, and sexuality, substance use, recovery, and relationship, family, and friendship struggles. My training is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
I work with adults, adolescents, partnerships, couples, and friends that hold many identities. I approach my work with an open mind and I speak with warmth and directness. Please reach out.
