My name is Nuni, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people who are experiencing issues like depression, anxiety, and stress. My foundation is Client-centered, which means that I believe that clients and therapists are equal partners in the therapeutic process. I bring empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to my work with clients. Every client is an individual with different experiences, interests, and strengths, and for that reason I use an integrative approach. Techniques and interventions I use include cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness, narrative, and expressive arts. Seeking help is not always easy, and you’ve already taken a big step in the process.
