In my practice I work with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, fertility and adoption, self-esteem, communication, career changes and life transitions. I find that supportive therapy is very helpful but I also believe that a challenging environment can help move towards change.
My training as a licensed therapist is in Cognitive Behavioral techniques and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. In addition, I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Practical solution-oriented tools can help to make measurable change. In addition, depth psychotherapy helps look at behaviors, patterns and individual histories that contribute to who you are.
