Hi there! I work with clients to process unresolved conflicts from the past, bringing awareness to present-day problems and symptoms. This insight can help reveal patterns of how one has developed certain defense mechanisms over time. In therapy one can learn to replace these defenses with healthy coping skills.
In our work together, therapy doesn’t stop at the end of session. Each week you will leave with “homework” to continue your journey. Whether it be actionable goals, coping skills to replace old habits or resources to support with deeper insight, you will have clear steps to take towards your greater wellness goals.
