I have dedicated my career to help those struggling with gambling addiction. I now work as Clinical Director for Westside Gambling Treatment (WGT) with two highly trained clinicians who, like me, are committed to help clients get out of the cycle of betting, chasing and despair. Our focus is to address the crisis surrounding unregulated and ubiquitous sports betting/crypto trading in California. Our modality is intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) combined with individual counseling for motivated problem gamblers committed to a life of financial promise and more meaningful relationships with loved ones. As a clinical supervisor for the UCLA Gambling Studies Program, I have an affiliation which allows me to provide top-notch services for sports betting, crypto trading and gaming addiction at no-cost to all California residents with a qualifying diagnosis of gambling disorder. In addition, I provide more tailor-made and individualized treatment for sports bettors and their families whose schedules do not allow them the flexibility to commit to an intensive outpatient program because of work and/or school commitments.
