About
I believe that through real connection and authenticity, we can get to know ourselves in a deeper way in order to make lasting and impactful change. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds, and extensive experience working with diverse populations. I have a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with relationships and intimacy, individuals navigating difficult family/parenting dynamics, individuals who feel they would like a richer and more meaningful connection to others, and those struggling to find acceptance of and confidence in their own humanity.
I provide an environment that allows honesty, authenticity, insight, and engaging feedback to guide and nurture a meaningful and trusting therapeutic relationship. It is through the process of fostering this warm and sturdy relationship that change, growth, and greater interpersonal fulfillment can be experienced outside of therapy as well.
Life can be exciting and engaging but also confusing and painful. Our efforts in life, in love, and in work, can at times feel exhausting. We can long for a greater sense of meaning and connection to ourself and others. But, how do we go about doing that? What is it we want or need exactly? Therapy is a powerful resource for exploring life's questions.
