About
I believe that therapy is a gift that a person can give themself. It can be part of the journey that enables a person to join with me to figure out what may be getting in the way of living their best life. Starting therapy takes courage. I have 30 years of experience working in this field. I believe that each of us deserves to live our best life and that working with me, people come to new places of self-acceptance, forgiveness, self-awareness, resiliency and can go on to realize more of their hopes and dreams.
I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families in a collabortive way. Sharing what I have learned along the way from my life experience and the training I have had, I am able to lend an objective and therapeutic perspective in a a safe sensitive, and respectful way.
I believe the relationship to ourself impacts all other relationships in our life. We all have the potential to change our negative and self-defeating thoughts and beliefs that keep us from fully appreciating who we can be and what we can do and have in our lives. It is my privilege to accompany people on the path to fully living their one precious life.
