I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 117039 ), working under the supervision of Cristy Pareti, PsyD, LMFT. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and received my Bachelors Degree from Emerson College. My Clinical experience includes working with individuals whom struggle with anxiety, depression, life skills, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma and interpersonal relationship difficulties.My modality is a mixture of of many psychological techniques as well as creative skills. This includes a blend of existentialism, mindfulness, humor, art and behavioral skills.
My philosophy is understanding that each individual has a different context and circumstance. I meet individuals where they are and help to guide them from there. I look to understand each individuals pain and struggle with empathy as well as an objective perspective equipped with psychological, life, and creative tools.
I am a guide to helping others achieve their goals internally and sometimes externally. I use my humor, my philosophical wisdom and education to ignite the power in the individuals ability to overcome their inner turmoil. Call or email me and I look forward to meeting you!
