I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. I also offer EMDR for those interested. I work with adults and teens experiencing mental health issues, trauma, relationship issues, and those going through life transitions. I am trained in several types of therapy including EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic. If that all means nothing to you, no problem! I will walk you through everything. I have a laid-back personality and provide a relaxed, irreverent environment for you to feel comfortable laying it all out on the table and have the freedom to be yourself.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and stressful. Taking that first step is the hardest part. I am already so proud of you for making it here!
