I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one built on trust, empathy, and an understanding of the clients goals. Everyone has the power within themselves to discover and become the person they are truly meant to be. I gravitate toward a person-centered existential-humanistic approach. I work with my clients to help them reconnect with their most authentic self, find balance in their lives, and discover their higher purpose and calling.
My specialties are in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My areas of focus include improving communication skills and conflict resolution, deepened understanding of emotions, increase distress tolerance, mindfulness, working through anxiety, depression and improving relationships
