About
In todayâs world, we are digesting almost 7 times more information a day than we were in the 80âs. Our fast paced world leaves us little choice, and our nervous systems are limited in their capacity to adapt. Newer research suggests symptoms of mental illness are the bodyâs way of forcing us to slow down â whether itâs through paralyzing intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, procrastination, or depressive isolation. Together, we can identify, address, and build a life in support of the needs underlying your symptoms. The goal is not eliminating negative emotions, but improving our ability to feel them so they can pass in due time. View 4 Photos
80% of treatment outcomes are rooted in the relationship between a therapist and their client. The remaining 20% rely on research based treatment protocols. I parallel these proportions in my approach. Sessions are both guided and conversational, while being tailored to clientsâ individual needs.
Therapy involves building self-compassion through collaborative understanding and validation. We then use this compassion to identify and interrupt patterns contributing to our own suffering. This process is an investment â financially, energetically, in trust, and in time. It is the honor of my life to walk through it with you.

I help clients understand how modern life impacts mental well-being. Focusing on the mind-body connection, I collaboratively identify patterns underlying symptoms and build self-compassion. My approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship and personalized strategies for lasting change. Together, we can improve your ability to navigate emotions and create a fulfilling life.
