About
The work at our group practice, Better Lives Building Tribes, focuses on that complex point, at which, individuals intersect with another. Through intimate/romantic relationships, friendships, partnerships, families, and organizations that we are surrounded by, we learn where individual strengths and weaknesses are. Through that knowledge and understanding, we work with people to discover creative means of closing the gap between where people are right now and where they would ideally like to be.
Let’s normalize mental health because the impartial, external view of our world, the ability to see ourselves from a different lens, is invaluable. With a decade of direct clinical counseling experience, the focus has gradually shifted away from individual symptoms into this world where the caliber of our tribes demonstrate our quality of life.
The quality of the therapeutic relationship determines the success that we will have in getting to the best version of you. We hope we are the best fit for you, but we totally understand if we are not. We can't be the best fit for everyone, but we will always try hard to ensure that you have the best possible experience in working with us.
