Cultivating Capacity is rooted in a compassionate, holistic approach that integrates the clinical art of psychotherapy and the neuroscience of mental health and wellness. It specializes in working with victims and survivors of sexual and relational violence, such as rape and sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and incest, and domestic violence.
