About
Is the transition to Fall feeling overwhelming? August and September are known for being periods of change: whether you are entering a new school year, coping with the sun setting sooner, or navigating increased responsibilities as summer comes to a close, life can get overwhelming. I believe that having a safe space to maneuver these transitions, address stressors, and explore ways to feel grounded can be the difference that aids you in living more authentically.
I am a systemic therapist, which means that I use approaches that help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you. Specifically, I lean on narrative therapy, internal family systems, Gottman method, and attachment theory to guide my work.
My style of therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. In our work together, we will find ways to highlight your inherent skills and bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you would like to be. I hope to support you as you grow into the version of yourself that you have been waiting to meet!
