My name is Kaffie Wilcoxon and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 22 years. I am credentialed as a Certified Addictions Professional and a Certified Training Supervisor. My goal as therapist is to help each client learn to help themselves, by using various individualized and suitable modalities to meet their needs. I received an Associates in Arts Degree from the University of Tampa, Bachelors of Science Degree in Gerontology from the University of South Florida. I also completed a Masters of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida.
Additional trainings are: Certified Trauma Professional Course, Rapid Resolution Therapy, 10 Core Competencies of Trauma and PTSD,Grief&Loss. Just to name a few of my trainings. My professional life has allowed me to work with military personnel and their families, LGBTQIA populations and mental health illnesses.
