About
If you are looking for help with feeling stressed, unmotivated, sad, anxious or to improve your relationship, then I can help. Supporting people to achieve meaningful lives and have connected relationships, in our culturally diverse society, is my life’s calling. As an immigrant, I have experienced the challenges of adjusting to a new 'everything'. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I understand the challenges of dealing with complicated health issues, loss, depression, and anxiety. A Christian counseling perspective is offered to those clients who may choose such an approach. Services are offered in English and Spanish. View 3 Photos
The counseling process is based on a relationship characterized by trust, confidentiality and mutual respect where the client is the expert on her/his issues and together we identify the goals that you will like to work on. Immigration evaluations are performed in a compassionate environment where your story can be shared safely.
I have a doctorate degree in Counseling Education and provide services in English and Spanish. My practice includes a team of bilingual (Spanish) counselors who have different areas of expertise, such as, couple's therapy, sexual orientation concerns, dealing with grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
