Together as a team a plan of action is created. Once relaxed (body & mind) changes via suggestions are included as agreed on. The number of sessions usually varies from person to person. Hypnotherapy does not replace medical treatment, it compliments it. Those with psychotic symptoms, such as hallucinations or delusions should seek a qualified specialist.
