About
My specialty is within Infant Mental Health which is a specialty in clinical psychology that addresses the needs of the 0 to 5 year old population. I believe that all of those children and their caregivers in need are my ideal clients. I have been working with children for over 15 years, dedicating my education, training, and work on continuing to enhance the relationships of children and allowing their voice, along with their caregivers’, to be acknowledged and understood. I provide comprehensive developmental psychological evaluations, psycho-educational evaluations, and gifted testing.
Although I am trained and provide services to children of all ages, I am specialized in Infant Mental Health, which means I have extensive training in working with children from birth to five years of age. I am adept in working on the attachment between infant and caregiver.
I am experienced in working with children with issues of anxiety, trauma, attachment, Autism, behavioral issues, enuresis, encopresis, adjustment, difficult divorces, and grief and loss. I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) an evidenced based practice used to work with this age group who have experienced trauma and or strained relationships.
