About
I work with individuals navigating mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. I have experience working with a wide age range, spanning from adolescents to older adults. My clinical experience has included supporting people experiencing relationship issues, life-stage transitions, and negative self-talk. Being a daughter of immigrants, I have a special interest in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds within the BIPOC/AAPI communities. If you are truly willing to put in work to better yourself, I am willing to provide a space for your growth journey. View 6 Photos
I practice using a psychodynamic theoretical approach. Our lives are not stagnant, we move and change along with the seasons. I recognize that everyone has a story and each part of that story helps mold us into who we become. While we cannot spend our days ruminating on the past, we can use our stories to embolden our futures.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a special interest in social justice and women’s issues. I am currently accepting new clients and would love to connect with you to discuss your therapeutic goals and what you are looking for in a therapist.
