About
Choosing to pursue therapy can be a vulnerable choice and one that requires commitment and authenticity. As a gay man, I believe it is particularly important to find a space where you feel that you can be your authentic self. To me, therapy is a space to be vulnerable, learn about yourself, set goals, and develop skills. My goal is to create a collaborative space in which you feel heard, accepted, and adequately challenged to non-judgmentally explore whatever brings you to therapy. This includes ensuring that the space is inclusive of all genders, abilities, sexual orientations, racial/ethnic identities, and other identities.
For individual therapy, I particularly enjoy working with clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, identity development, vocational concerns, and more. I also offer assessment for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, and learning disabilities.
