About
Are you a chronically ill person who feels unheard or dismissed? Struggling to navigate life as a Queer, TGNC, polyam, or kinky person? Dealing with AFAB-specific health conditions like Endometriosis? Have other providers pathologized your COVID precautions? My work centers marginalized identities and the unique experiences they carry. My lived experiences with chronic illness, ableism, survivorship, and Bi+ invisibility have taught me compassion & the importance of rest as an act of resistance against oppressive systems. In the words of Audre Lorde, self-care âis self-preservation, & that is an act of political warfare.â
My practice is dedicated to the chronically ill/disabled & LGBTQIA+ communities. My approach is trauma-informed, compassion-focused, and collaborative. I draw from mindfulness, acceptance, & somatic practices to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and their bodies, navigating complex emotions, and living more embodied, values-aligned lives.
I know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My hope is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered as the expert of your own life. Iâd be honored to support you in healing and flourishing on your terms.
