About
As a trauma specialist, I provide a psychodynamic therapeutic approach. I think our early childhood experiences are often the root causes for the way that we engage with the world around us today and how we confront the challenges that we face as adults. Having a safe space to discuss our early childhood years can provide insight on patterns in our behaviors, attachment styles within our interpersonal relationships, and trauma history.
I incorporate your strengths throughout our sessions to encourage you to pursue positive growth. This allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your internal thoughts and behaviors and how they contribute to who you are. Together we will create a space to deal with life stressors, understand your past, and pursue a more fulfilling future.
Together we can work on exploring how these patterns, wounds, and behaviors contribute to how we navigate our circumstances and how we can change or heal to connect to our true selves and live a more authentic lifestyle.
