About
I work with a broad range of couples, families, and individuals. I am especially interested in grief & loss, trauma, and medical family therapy. I want to create an environment where my clients feel safe enough to hold space for the big emotions. I remember the exact moment I first felt heard and understood in therapy, and it was one of the most healing experiences I have ever had. It felt like I could take a breath after holding it for so long. I feel so grateful to be on the other side and give others that monumental moment. View 6 Photos
I strive to create a space of safety and compassion where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe you are the expert of your experiences. As a contextual narrative therapist, I approach therapy systemically and want to understand who you are through your stories. My main goal is to build trust and safety in yourself, your relationships, and life.
I felt an extremely strong pull towards this field where I could support families and their changing dynamics during minor or major changes in their circumstances. Through personal and professional growth, I have become passionate about a broad range of psychological topics and concerns, providing a large impact on an individual and/or relational scale.
What sets us apart
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, trauma, and medical complexities. Using contextual narrative therapy, I create a safe, compassionate space to explore your stories and build trust within yourself and your relationships. My systemic approach aims to understand your experiences and empower healing.
