I am a Licensed Professional Counselor having experience dealing with parenting issues, single parenting, depression, anxiety, job stress, relationship stress, and addiction. I have 20 years experience treating Individuals and couples. I also have in the past, worked with military members and with their families. This is a special population with their own unique culture and challenges. It has been very rewarding. I like to work with people who are invested in working on doing things differently. Often times making any kind of change is better than repeating the same behaviors. I am very good at being concise and direct and work best with people who like this approach. I have been a single parent and I have gone through the loss of someone very close. I am now a grandmother. I feel I have a good deal of life experience to call upon and have dealt with people from all walks of life. I am always honored to work closely with my clients and amazed at their honesty and resilience. I am looking forward to working with you. I am only available to work with Individuals and will not be accepting Couples.
