At Charm City Psychotherapy & Wellness Clinic, I provide a safe, confidential environment where we work collaboratively to consider your situation in the context of your personal history and life experiences. I help clients come to see themselves, their relationships, and the world in a deeper and more constructive way. I strive to promote the capacity for psychological growth and maturation through greater self-awareness and psychological insight. This can lead both to a lessening of symptoms and also to increased freedom and possibilities going forward. I am an experienced psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker. I have expertise in college mental health, and the focus of Charm City Psychotherapy & Wellness Clinic is on students and staff affiliated with universities and hospitals in the Baltimore area. I earned my MSW from Columbia and my Doctorate from UPenn. I completed a fellowship in advanced clinical social work at Yale and received specialized training in psychodynamic therapy during my fellowship in psychoanalysis at NYU. The work of psychotherapy is challenging and important work, and I would be honored to accompany you along your journey.
