I utilize Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and mindfulness practices as well as other healing modalities that are informed by both modern neuroscience as well as contemplative traditions. I welcome clients from all cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual, socioeconomic, religious, or spiritual backgrounds.
