Who said change was easy? Change is inevitable, but for the past few years we have been asked to make some not so easy changes. Having to deal with the responsibilities of life while having to make life changes such as working from home, virtual school, ever changing relationships, and a growing family can take a toll. You may feel lonely and overwhelmed with no one to talk to, I am here to listen. Let's work together to have you feel heard and empowered. Together we will work on finding you useful coping skills, addressing past traumas, practice making healthy and safe relationships, and feeling confident in yourself! I am passionate about working with young adults, and maternal mental health pertaining to infertility and postpartum. Together we will take time to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where we will begin to process topics that may have seemed scary to share. I am here to listen, provide support, and help you live the life you deserve. I look forward to working together to provide a safe and non judgemental space for you to work towards your goals and effectively process  difficult topics.
