I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ITR (Instinctual Trauma Response), Therapeutic Expressive Arts and CBT/TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I specialize in complex trauma, sex trafficking and exploitation and mood disorders.
