About
I love helping people who are overwhelmed by challenges they're facing at work, school, or in relationships to move forward in ways that feel true to who they are and what matters to them. My clients tell me they feel better after talking to me, and that it's helpful to talk to someone who takes the time to listen and understand them so they can find their own solutions. Most of my clients are students, working professionals, or parents with flexible schedules. I offer morning and early afternoon appointments and work exclusively through telehealth (phone or video).
I aim to give you a sense of agency in therapy and in life by collaborating with you to define your own goals based on what's important to you. I offer an eclectic and trauma-informed approach that draws upon my training in person-centered expressive arts therapy, experiential and somatic interventions, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, among others.
I can help you discover and shift patterns that might be keeping you stuck, increase your flexibility where you might be too rigid, add structure and break things down if you're feeling overwhelmed, find support where you're holding more than you can carry... and hopefully help you be able to do the things that are hard for you to do now.
What sets us apart
I empower clients facing work, school, or relationship challenges to achieve personal growth. My telehealth practice serves students, professionals, and parents with flexible schedules. Using a trauma-informed, eclectic approach, I integrate person-centered, expressive arts, somatic, and CBT techniques. Together, we'll identify and shift unhelpful patterns to enhance well-being and promote agency.
