About
I specialize in supporting undergrad, graduate and doctoral level students through the emotional shifts, burn out, anxiety and pressure that their studies demand. Managing work, life and academics can feel strange, uncomfortable and exhausting but therapy can help! I feel passionate about working with young adults as they navigate the complexities of adulthood and its evolving demands. My approach emphasizes helping clients discover purpose and fulfillment through alignment with their values, cultivating a stronger sense of self, and navigating the intersections of family, career, and personal aspirations.
I approach my work with a holistic and integrative perspective, blending evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and IFS with earth-based perspectives and art therapy. Clients often describe me as inquisitive, honest, and direct. I enjoy uncovering the positive aspects of situations and I believe this work is a true privilege!
I deeply value the opportunity to guide clients in shifting perspectives and fostering their own growth. Outside of work, I am passionate about animals, love to travel, and learning about mindfulness, healthy habits, and emotional well-being. If you are eager to tackle challenges, and open to learning from feedback, you've found the right therapist!
