I believe in seeing each client as a whole person with the natural ability to grow and heal. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and holistic. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, safe space, in which you can be curious about yourself, deepen your self-awareness and disrupt habits that get in the way of you living the life you want. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. I see the importance in nurturing all aspects of your life, and addressing areas that may be neglected.
Together we'll explore sources of stress, improve coping skills, and build a personalized wellness plan. The goal being to create more balance in your life, and to increase your energy, joy and peace.
