I work with adults experiencing overwhelm, anxiety, low self-perception, and major life changes. My clients often have goals related to learning new coping skills, improving their sense of self/self-compassion, and navigating challenging situations.
My goal is to meet you where you're at in order to create the kind of environment that facilitates self-growth. From a framework of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, under the CBT umbrella), strengths-based approaches, and narrative therapy, I will help you reach your goals for therapy.
