About
Hello! My name is Stephanie and I hold licenses in Clinical Social Work (MA + MN), as well as School Adjustment Counseling(MA). Through my time working in schools and in the community, I have felt how important it is for us all to have a supportive and safe space where emotions can be felt, life decisions can be navigated, and where we can grow into the people we strive to be. Specializing in trauma-sensitive work, my philosophy is rooted in a humanistic and strengths based approach. I view my role in your world as providing a safe, judgement-free space that is completely for you, as you navigate the journey that is uniquely-yours.
You are the expert of your own experience, and I show up to meet you where you are along your journey, and walk alongside you as you navigate your path. We can navigate stressors connected to anxiety, depression, mood; adjustment; and sleep disorders; self esteem, executive functioning, life's transitions, relationships, family, job stress and more.
Life is a complex journey, and feeling empowered to have a sense of control and understanding of ourselves can be incredibly freeing. Please know that you do not need to be alone on your journey! Reach out to schedule a 15 minute consult- and then give yourself a hug because acknowledging that you are worth it, that's a step worth celebrating!
