My name is Mignon Redick, and I am a Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is a collaborative approach, I believe in working together to meet the goals and needs of those I work with.
The environment that I seek to create is one where the client is empowered in an empathic, compassionate, and honest setting to share their unique experience without feeling judged or misunderstood while accepting feedback.
Providing support, encouragement, and guidance using various modalities, cultural sensitivity, and respect is my goal. I believe each person is different with individual issues, skills and strengths.
