About
As a therapist, my approach is open and supportive. I strive to help each of my clients to identify their personal goals for therapy and guide them through the process of achieving those goals. I draw on over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, ranging from children to the elderly, across a variety of challenges. Areas of focus include mood-related issues, relationships, stress management, grief/loss and adjustment to life changes. I also have significant experience working with individuals diagnosed with a neurodegenerative illness, such as Alzheimer's disease, and their families.
I find that my clients are able to make progress and see positive outcomes when we work together to draw on their strengths and identify together the best approach to meet their unique needs.
I invite you to contact me for more information. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have and look forward to speaking with you! Please note, I am currently offering both in-person and tele-health appointments.
