Now accepting new clients. I believe in being your own craftsman in life and therapy can help you get to that point. It isn't always easy to take yourself on and shed the way you have coped. However, there comes a time in everyone's life when a decision needs to be made on what quality of life you want to live. If you do not possess the skills to get past your mental roadblocks, you become trapped and are unable to move forward in the direction you desire most for yourself.
Many people have forgotten or maybe haven't discovered their power, their strength, their voice and what they are capable of. My goal as your therapist is to help mend old wounds, bridge the gap between pain and healing, to propel individuals, couples and families forward to new beginnings.
