All of us have our own strengths and difficulties with unique ways of thinking, doing, and learning. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship of collaboration with each of my clients, while supporting the whole person through strengths based and neurodiverse affirming practices. My hope is for all individuals to create a sense of meaning and purpose.
During our initial sessions I work towards developing the clients trust. I listen to their presenting concerns and issues and proceed to invite them to collaborate on prioritizing their goals for solutions.
