She works exclusively via telehealth and specializes in working with clients in Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM), polyamory, LGBTQ+ communities, and alternative relationship structures. Her additional areas of focus include family dysfunction, sexual trauma and sex therapy, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.

Ariana has trained in cultural sensitivity for over 15 years. She is trained in multiple MFT theories-EFT/IFS. She has 15+ years of personal practice in CNM and identifies as pansexual. She is kink friendly and sex-work positive. Her work is trauma and somatically informed. Couples and family work are her specialty. Her style is direct and insightful.
