About

No matter what phase you are in life at this moment, taking a step towards healing is a brave act and you are inherently worth that investment. I believe that there is liberation in learning to love and accept yourself completely. Together, we will unpack what traumas you may be holding in your body to build more meaningful and healthier relationships not only to yourself, but to those around you. The journey to living your most authentic self can be challenging, and together I can offer a brave space to explore what that looks like for you. I specialize in working with the intersections of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ identities, who want to heal from trauma. Understanding the impacts of oppression is crucial in healing holistically. As an Art Therapist, I believe in the power of expression as a form of healing. As a queer and trans therapist, I know and understand the impacts of the trauma we experience. I come to the therapy room with a unique experience of lived experience and shared community care. I am an intuitive healer who will meet you where you are at. I hope to witness your journey alongside you.
