About
I believe that we all need a safe space where we can process our past, present and the worries of the future. A space where we are able to safely reflect, challenge ourselves and grow as individuals. My goal is to create such a space for you and help you become the best version of yourself. You deserve to live a life that you wish for and I would love to support you as you make that happen.
A little about me! I'm a Pakistani-Muslim clinician and speak Urdu and English fluently. I completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Methodist University in 2023 and am currently practicing under the supervision of Tamika England.
I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe haven where you feel accepted, understood and valued. While the beginning of counseling can feel strange and uncomfortable, together with time we can create a space for you that meets your individual needs and allows you to feel comfortable and open.
What sets us apart
I provide a safe, supportive therapeutic environment for personal growth and reflection. As a Pakistani-Muslim clinician fluent in Urdu and English, I value building strong therapeutic relationships. I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SMU in 2023 and practice under the supervision of Tamika England. My goal is to help you achieve well-being and live a fulfilling life.
