I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs, personalities, and preferences of my clients. My clients are typically over achieving perfectionists who desire balance and a healthier relationship with self and others. They may be trying to cope with the pain of trauma or life transitions like divorce. Or they may be struggling with shame and negative perceptions of self. Whatever the challenge, my clients work with me because they are tired of feeling stuck in negative thought patterns, behaviors, and situations and want to strengthen their sense of self, and promote positive changes in their lives.
