About
Our physical, mental, relational and spiritual health are affected parts of our whole self. My focus is on supporting clients through life challenges with awareness of the interconnection between mind, body, and spirit. Clients who come to my practice may be facing social stigma, identity, life changes, or health challenges, adjusting to medical treatment that leave them feeling unsupported, anxious, depressed, or spiritually depleted. As a psychotherapist and Art Therapist, I offer evidenced-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). View 4 Photos
In my experience, Art Therapy allows for emotional/spiritual expression, trauma release, and a deeper understanding of self-identity. Through Mindfulness/DBT and an honest, direct, transparent relationship one can build relational and behavioral skills for deeper more productive relationships.
I recognize the intersection of our physical, mental, relational and spiritual health; understanding each area as an affected part of our whole self. My approach with clients centers in empathy and non-judgment. My passion is supporting people through difficulties, so they discover their power to be physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy.
