I am currently accepting new clients throughout Alabama. I'm also accepting clients in Florida (telehealth only). I am currently accepting BCBS, Cigna, ALL kids, New Directions, OON, self-pay options for residents in FL. My experience includes working with children/adolescents, adults, and families that may experience depressive and anxiety symptoms, behavioral issues, family conflict, identity issues (sex and racial identity), and life-induced stressors.
My therapeutic approach consists of utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reality Therapy with a Solution-Focused approach, however, I will utilize any approach that I feel will fit your needs.
