I'm NOT accepting new clients currently. I echo these words from Dr. Brené Brown: "When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending." I enjoy working as a team with my clients to create new endings through understanding personal narratives, pin-pointing sources blocking growth, and identifying steps towards achieving desired outcomes. I provide a relatable, empathic, creative, and professional environment. I've developed expertise in helping clients with: navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma resulting from chronic exposure, abuse, or single events, chronic pain, chronic illness, family of origin issues. My clients primarily consist of business men and women, civil servants & helping professionals, moms, young adults, & teens.
My passion is to not only help clients manage their symptoms/problems, but to treat the root. Oftentimes life long experiences can be getting in the way of how we show up in the present. I will walk with you as we identify obstacles and shift their current effects on your life, so you can experience freedom and true connection with yourself and others.
