Relationships affect all of us. Navigating those relationships and cultivating healthy ones takes intentional practice. For some, disrupting people pleasing patterns, avoidant or anxious attachments or identifying the impact of childhood trauma can be difficult to navigate alone. Our work together will focus on developing interpersonal skills, boundary setting, improving communication of needs and emotions as well as building on self-esteem and resiliency. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with relationships, trauma, family dynamics, anxiety and communication skills. I excel in creating a space for whatever emotion is present to be processed, meaning it’s okay to cry and even laugh in therapy. I specialize in CBT, CPT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-focused therapy.
