If you are struggling and you are not sure what to do or where to start, you are exactly where you need to be. Whether it is your family, friends, relationships, work, school, or just not feeling like you- we can tackle it together! Therapy is an opportunity for you to talk about different and possibly difficult parts of your life, however big or small. Therapy is work, and I will not only empower you, but challenge you, and encourage you to do the work outside of sessions. We will utilize your strengths as you have what it takes to be the best version of yourself.
My passion and focus is helping late adolescents and young adults find meaning and purpose as they navigate life experiences from adolescence into adulthood. Addressing feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, and low self-esteem, along with processing experienced trauma will not only help you feel better, but learn to think about things differently.
I promote a safe and supportive environment while providing tools and resources to improve. Through Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, we will work collaboratively to ensure you are working towards your goals.
