About

Do you identify yourself as a BIPOC neurodivergent mother facing the unique challenges of parenting, juggling life’s demands, feeling underappreciated, overworked, overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions, experiencing grief, and/or relationship difficulties. You may realize what is happening but nothing you have tried seems to help, feeling stuck and farther behind on your day-to-day tasks. Perhaps you avoid, maybe procrastinate, only to feel resentful. Imagine a life where you feel empowered, understood, and capable of facing life’s challenges with confidence. Let’s embark on this journey of holistic healing together! Being a mother is a deeply fulfilling yet demanding role, and for neurodivergent mothers, these demands can be even more intense. Parenting stress, trauma, grief, and relationship issues can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. I create a space where your cultural identity is honored and celebrated, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. I am a first-generation bilingual Spanish speaking therapist who specializes in helping neurodivergent parents like you find balance, healing, strength, and resilience. My approach integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic practices to address the mind, body, and spirit. Therapy with me is an invitation to show up as you!
