It’s time to step into a life of wholeness. Whether the past keeps you from moving forward or the thought of the future makes you fearful, you can begin to heal and grow as you resolve the effects of challenges that have kept you from living a fulfilling life. I specialize in promoting healing in the counseling process through addressing the whole person, spirit, mind, and body. Behavioral patterns and negative beliefs and perceptions may be preventing you from experiencing a life with hope and meaning. My therapy techniques include Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming) to heal past wounds. This does require some effort and commitment from the client and I consider counseling to be a collaborative effort. My approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental to help you reach your God-given potential. My training includes having worked at the Meadows Treatment Facility in Wickenburg, AZ, as well as hospitals, clinics and private practice. As a licensed professional, I consider it my responsibility to be current with the latest educational opportunities available. My practice is focused on the adult and over 65 population and older adolescents.
